Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience managing and launching internal advertising products, preferably within high-growth marketplace or platform companies.
You’re a strategic thinker and problem-solver with expertise in ad monetization, campaign optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
Bonus points if you’re fluent in working with data analytics and data science teams, comfortable interpreting conversion and click-through metrics, and familiar with ad tech platforms and tools.
