About the role
- Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations across manufacturing and automotive sites.
- Design supply chain processes and oversee ERP integration.
- Manage global projects and influence senior stakeholders.
- Integrate digital supply chain tools (APS, MES, WMS, IoT, AI/ML) into processes.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Collaborate with international teams and sites; occasional travel to other sites.
- Drive supply chain excellence to support Horse Powertrain’s business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
- Bachelor´s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong experience in process design, ERP integration, and global project management.
- Familiarity with digital supply chain tools (APS, MES, WMS, IoT, AI/ML).
- Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and Horse Powertrain’s business and ambitions to move the industry forward.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
