• Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations across manufacturing and automotive sites.
• Design supply chain processes and oversee ERP integration.
• Manage global projects and influence senior stakeholders.
• Integrate digital supply chain tools (APS, MES, WMS, IoT, AI/ML) into processes.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Collaborate with international teams and sites; occasional travel to other sites.
• Drive supply chain excellence to support Horse Powertrain’s business objectives.

• Lead and manage HRIS systems and digital HR initiatives
• Develop and implement compensation & benefits strategy
• Drive strategic workforce planning activities
• Collaborate cross-functionally to manage HR systems across multiple countries or regions
• Manage complex HR projects and stakeholder relationships
• Analyze and interpret HR data to support decision-making and strategic implementation
• Ensure familiarity and compliance with Turkish labor laws
• Occasional travel to other Horse Powertrain sites

Manager, Compensation and Benefits – Strategic Workforce Planning and Digital

Product Manager

• Contribute to establishing the Technical Definition and quoting new software functions (NFL) in upstream-project phase
• Participate in coding the project Entry Ticket to secure project phase budget
• Contribute to making supplier impact files
• Build and formalize the budget for responsible project lines
• At CF milestone validate coherence between technical definition and QCDP objectives
• Build and achieve QCT objectives for new business or aftersale calibrated software within budget and regulations
• Pilot software activities to reach expected performance levels at project milestones
• Sign Software quality engagement documents ensuring technical and economic coherence
• Functionally pilot a team of software project leaders, project managers and flydocs
• Manage the relationship with external development and calibration software suppliers
• Based in Bursa, Türkiye with occasional travel to other Horse Powertrain sites
