About the role

  • Lead and manage HRIS systems and digital HR initiatives
  • Develop and implement compensation & benefits strategy
  • Drive strategic workforce planning activities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to manage HR systems across multiple countries or regions
  • Manage complex HR projects and stakeholder relationships
  • Analyze and interpret HR data to support decision-making and strategic implementation
  • Ensure familiarity and compliance with Turkish labor laws
  • Occasional travel to other Horse Powertrain sites

Requirements

  • Proven track record of expertise in HRIS systems, compensation & benefits strategy, and strategic workforce planning
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with Turkish labor laws and compensation & benefits-related regulations
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration, particularly in managing HR systems across multiple countries or regions
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on HRIS system management, compensation & benefits, and workforce planning
  • Outstanding communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret HR data to drive decision-making and strategic implementation
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is preferred
  • Excellent written and spoken English
