About the role
- Partner with CRO and his management team to support CRO tower, develop and implement business strategies, and provide financial input and analysis for new initiatives and market opportunities
- Lead and grow the team of regional business finance partners (supporting regional GMs)
- Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning and decision-making across regions and business segments
- Work closely with FP&A, C&B, legal, HR team, and others on planning, forecasting, and ongoing alignment around CRO business objectives and meeting Company\'s OKRs
- Track KPIs, analyze financial performance against targets, and report on trends and insights to CRO and finance management
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support CRO teams in areas like pricing, sales strategies, and investment decisions
- Identify and assess financial risks, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and develop mitigation
- Act as the primary finance liaison between finance departments and the CRO and commercial teams, using financial expertise to solve problems and drive business growth
Requirements
- Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience partnering with sales teams and business executives, ideally with a hyper growth SaaS company
- Experience directly managing a team
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and SaaS KPIs
- Commercial acumen: understanding of business operations and market dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with commercial teams and supporting/leading discussions with executive leadership
- Experience with financial systems and software (accounting software, budgeting tools, data visualization platforms)
