About the role
- Contribute to establishing the Technical Definition and quoting new software functions (NFL) in upstream-project phase
- Participate in coding the project Entry Ticket to secure project phase budget
- Contribute to making supplier impact files
- Build and formalize the budget for responsible project lines
- At CF milestone validate coherence between technical definition and QCDP objectives
- Build and achieve QCT objectives for new business or aftersale calibrated software within budget and regulations
- Pilot software activities to reach expected performance levels at project milestones
- Sign Software quality engagement documents ensuring technical and economic coherence
- Functionally pilot a team of software project leaders, project managers and flydocs
- Manage the relationship with external development and calibration software suppliers
- Based in Bursa, Türkiye with occasional travel to other Horse Powertrain sites
Requirements
- Graduate with a technical profile (preferably Road Vehicles, Transport, Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electrotechnics)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering / Systems
- Advanced knowledge in the automotive field, internal combustion engines, and gearboxes
- Advanced knowledge of control systems and electrical components (sensors and actuators)
- Experience in transverse piloting
- Experience in hierarchical / functional management
- Experience in conducting trials / tests
- English (advanced level)
