Product Manager

• Own the product strategy & roadmap for one or more of our focus areas (examples include: Care Pro Hiring, Care Pro Staffing, Workforce Quality)
• Develop a deep understand of customer needs and business goals through strong analytics, direct observation (willing to “do the job”), and collecting stakeholder feedback
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage technology to accelerate future growth and improve customer outcomes.
• Build deep relationships with stakeholders beyond the Product team to develop cross-functional solutions to critical company challenges
• Drive delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives aligned to strategic priorities
• Collaborate with engineering & design leaders to create Product team processes that will equip us to continue to deliver at high velocity
• Demonstrated ability to deconstruct complex problems, identify root causes, and focus on the highest impact issues.
• Get stuff done -- work quickly to drive to impact, balancing incremental and radical change; if there isn’t anyone else to do it, roll up your sleeves and do it yourself

• Depending on your interests and experience, you may join one of the following teams:
• Workforce Team — building the systems that support Care Professionals, including hiring, scheduling, and workforce optimization.
• DemandGen Team — powering Honor’s public digital experiences and growth channels that help thousands of families find the care they need.
• Growth Team — developing a multi-channel sales and communication stack (phone, sms, email) that connects families, Care Professionals, and care operations.

• Provide proactive and reactive support to candidates
• Monitor and manage candidate progression through various systems
• Review submitted documents and conduct state-regulated compliance checks
• Proactively re-engage candidates and seek referrals
• Co-manage voicemails, tickets, and emails from Care Pros
• Actively participate in ongoing pilots and experiments designed to improve hiring outcomes

• Manage a steady flow of inbound and outbound calls with potential clients and their families.
• Listen deeply to client needs and match them to the right care solutions.
• Clearly communicate our services, ask for commitment, and schedule follow-up consultations.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and quality standards.
• Use CRM tools such as Salesforce or others to track activity and follow up consistently.
