About the role
- Provide reliable coverage for core workflows, including processing and routing faxes; managing membership-related emails and patient communications; investigating and resolving failed payments; fulfilling and tracking product orders.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and excellent service in every task, regardless of assignment.
- Support smaller projects when not providing coverage, such as process documentation and SOP updates, data entry, reporting, and workflow improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
- Serve as a dependable, go-to resource who can adapt to new workflows and step in as needed.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in business operations, administrative support, or healthcare services.
- Highly adaptable with the ability to quickly learn and switch between tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage unexpected tasks smoothly.
- Bonus: experience in healthcare operations, billing, or patient/member support.
