Customer Support

• Provide reliable coverage for core workflows, including processing and routing faxes; managing membership-related emails and patient communications; investigating and resolving failed payments; fulfilling and tracking product orders.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and excellent service in every task, regardless of assignment.
• Support smaller projects when not providing coverage, such as process documentation and SOP updates, data entry, reporting, and workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
• Serve as a dependable, go-to resource who can adapt to new workflows and step in as needed.
