- Opportunity: lead the people function and build HR as the company scales
- Work closely with the CEO and other functional leaders
- Building HR and People operations from the ground up
- Overseeing state-by-state employment compliance
- Owning compensation, benefits, and policy
- Creating a world-class recruiting process and pipeline
- Running performance and manager development
- Supporting leadership with org structure strategy
- Ensuring our people are well supported as we scale
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading a people function
- High EQ and comfortable guiding everyone from entry-level employees to senior leaders
- Practical and focused on what matters, vs creating unnecessary admin work
- Can flex between rolling up your sleeves and running payroll or writing a policy to providing strategic guidance on org structure
- Hungry to be a part of building a generational company
