Provide business development and marketing support to the firm's Marketing Department and Corporate/Transactional Practices in the U.S., Mexico, and Colombia.
Assist with event management and coordinating marketing projects from inception through implementation.
Prepare practice development and collateral materials; update and maintain attorney biographies and practice development information.
Assist with internal and external communications, publications and surveys; plan and coordinate practice-specific events, webinars, proposals, communications, publications and surveys.
Assist with directory, award and ranking submissions by drafting and collecting information.
Develop relationships with lead partners in the practice areas and travel to other cities and firm offices as needed.
Perform industry, prospect, firm experience and competitor research.
Respond to requests, develop customized materials for prospect/client presentations, and perform other marketing and business development related responsibilities and projects as necessary.
Requirements
3+ years of relevant experience in professional services, law firm experience preferred.
