Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies aligned with business objectives across fulfillment centers, pharmacies, and compounding operations
Design and implement robust competency assessment programs that ensure compliance for compounding operations
Create specialized training curricula for non-sterile & sterile compounding, aseptic technique, cleanroom operations, and hazardous drug handling
Partner with Quality, Regulatory Compliance, and Operations leaders to identify critical compliance gaps and develop targeted learning solutions
Oversee the documentation of all training activities to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and preparation for inspections
Drive continuous improvement of training programs based on quality metrics, deviation trends, and regulatory changes
Ensure all training programs comply with relevant regulatory requirements, including FDA, DEA, cGMP, state boards of pharmacy, and other applicable standards
Stay current with evolving regulatory requirements and update training content accordingly
Build and manage high-performing learning teams across multiple locations and align initiatives with organizational goals
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
Master's degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field preferred
7+ years of progressive experience in learning and development
At least 3+ years in a leadership role managing teams
Proven experience developing and implementing learning strategies that drive measurable business results
Significant experience leading learning initiatives in pharmaceutical operations, ideally including 503b compounding pharmacies or similar sterile compounding facilities
Demonstrated understanding of FDA regulations, cGMP requirements, and USP standards (USP 797, USP 795, USP 800)
Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams across multiple locations
Experience developing and implementing technical training programs for sterile compounding, aseptic technique, and cleanroom operations
Expertise in creating compliant training documentation systems that satisfy regulatory requirements during FDA inspections
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance teams
Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
Superior verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence at all levels
Proficiency with Docebo LMS or similar enterprise learning management systems (preferred)
Experience creating and maintaining training matrices for different roles within a 503b pharmacy setting (preferred)
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction (application asks about US work authorization and sponsorship)
