Talent Acquisition Manager

Product Manager

• Own the growth platform strategy across experimentation, instrumentation, the website (headless CMS), growth model dashboards, and lifecycle tooling
• Design the cross-functional operating model that connects demand generation, marketing, product, and sales into a coherent growth system with shared metrics and consistent process
• Build a strong culture of experimentation at Hiya: define how experiments are structured, how results are measured and shared, and improve experimentation rigor and quality across all teams
• Partner with product managers across Hiya's product lines to translate their growth needs into platform capabilities and shared tooling they can use independently
• Bring a strong perspective on SEO and generative engine optimization (GEO) so the platform produces surfaces that perform well in both traditional search and AI-driven discovery, and partner with product marketing on content strategy execution, including mult-locale support
• Establish operating rituals that keep the growth system healthy: experiment reviews, shared learnings, and regular alignment with marketing and demand generation
• Use AI tools to accelerate platform development, analysis, prototyping, and the operational work of standing up a new function

Senior Product Manager, Growth Platform

• Build a deep understanding of how SMB and enterprise customers use voice to reach their customers, including their business goals, calling workflows, operational constraints, technical environments, and success metrics.
• Identify and prioritize product opportunities that improve customer activation, adoption, retention, expansion, engagement, trust, and measurable business outcomes.
• Lead product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration, including problem definition, requirements, prioritization, rollout, measurement, and improvement.
• Partner closely with engineering teams, engineering managers, design, data, sales, customer success, operations, marketing, and business development to ship high-quality products.
• Translate complex customer, technical, and ecosystem topics into clear product strategy, product briefs, requirements, tradeoff analyses, and executive-ready materials.
• Use customer feedback, product usage data, sales and customer success signals, and market insights to identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to product positioning, launch readiness, sales enablement, and go-to-market planning for new capabilities.
• Use AI tools to accelerate customer research, synthesis, analysis, prototyping, documentation, experimentation, and product decision-making.
• Go around corners and beyond functional boundaries when needed to understand the real problem, unblock progress, and own the business outcome.

Principal Product Manager

• Lead product initiatives across Hiya Spam Blocker and Hiya WorkPhone from discovery through launch and iteration
• Build a deep understanding of customer problems, behaviors, and unmet needs through research, testing, support signals, usage patterns, and direct observation
• Identify promising opportunities and translate them into concepts, prototypes, experiments, and product improvements
• Explore multiple possible solutions before converging, using fast learning cycles to determine what is worth building and refining
• Use AI to accelerate discovery, synthesis, prototyping, product development, and decision-making
• Work hands-on when appropriate to move ideas forward, whether by creating prototypes, validating concepts, or independently driving a solution from beginning to end
• Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, support, and product counterparts to build and launch high-impact experiences
• Establish strong feedback loops by measuring how people use our products, learning from the results, and translating those insights into continuous product improvements
• Help shape product positioning, launch readiness, and go-to-market planning for new features and experiences
• Generate learnings through our mobile apps that help inform Hiya’s broader product strategy and the solutions we bring to telecom operators and OEMs
• Serve as a trusted partner to the Mobile Apps PM, helping provide continuity across workstreams and stepping into leadership on key initiatives as needed
• Model and encourage a modern way of working where teams stay close to customers, learn quickly, and take shared ownership for outcomes

• Own a small portfolio (2–10) of strategic Nordic accounts, accountable for retention, growth, and outcomes
• Build and execute multi-year account plans aligned to customer goals and Hiya’s roadmap
• Drive adoption and value, translating product capabilities into measurable business impact
• Lead end-to-end delivery of POCs, pilots, and complex programs through to production
• Identify and close expansion opportunities (upsell, cross-sell, new use cases)
• Build senior relationships and lead QBRs, influencing customer strategy and direction

• Manage risk, escalations, and performance to ensure consistent delivery and customer success
