Growth Marketing

• Own the strategy: audience, ICP, positioning, naming, messaging. Build it from the customer out, and shape how each app shows up and stands apart.
• Run acquisition end to end. Plan the campaigns, pick the channels, get scrappy building the ads yourself. Know what actually moves installs.
• Own the app store presence: listing, ASO, and the whole path from "found you" to "downloaded."
• Build our social + community presence. Should we be on TikTok? Run influencer? Show up where people already talk about us (hi, Reddit)? You'll make the call, then go do it.
• Own the growth fundamentals: MAU, retention, acquisition, CAC. Test, read, iterate, repeat.
• Shape pricing + packaging with our product team. You'll have the acquisition and retention signal that should drive it.
• Turn consumer wins into operator proof, and bring that story into partner conversations yourself.
• Sit with Product + Engineering on roadmap and launches, and build the consumer marketing playbook from scratch.

Consumer Growth Marketing Lead – Mobile Apps

Account Executive

• Own and close new business opportunities in the German market
• Build and manage pipeline in partnership with SDRs and marketing
• Run discovery, demos, and tailored solution presentations
• Engage senior stakeholders across sales, operations, and CX
• Consistently hit and exceed ARR targets
• Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline (Salesforce)

Sales Development Rep

• Build and manage lead development pipeline in an Inbound and Outbound motion
• Deliver outbound phone 50+ calls, emails, LinkedIn messages and other touch points per day to customers and potential customers at a high volume
• Achieve or exceed goal for qualified leads to Sales on a monthly basis
• Qualify all sales leads based upon lead qualification criteria definitions
• Research and identify high-potential target accounts using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, etc.
• Leverage ICP insights to tailor outreach and messaging, increasing engagement and response rates from target UK prospects
• Develop superior customer service relationships with prospects
• Provide weekly activity reports to management
• Proactively learn Hiya product, competitive products, and market knowledge via website, on-line webinars, and other marketing information
• Update lead status and all prospect interactions in CRM application daily
• Continuous learning through mock calls, formal training, and regular coaching and feedback

Sales Development Representative

Marketing

• Own launch execution across the partner portfolio. Manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and drive deliverables from kickoff through post-launch.
• Write and manage partner communications: press releases (with our PR team), case studies, newsletters, social posts for Hiya and executive channels, and joint announcements. Own drafting, approval routing, and distribution.
• Build and maintain partner-facing enablement: decks, one-pagers, battlecards, training content, and RFP marketing inputs. Keep everything current as positioning evolves.
• Coordinate co-marketing with operator and OEM marketing teams. Build the relationships that make joint campaigns actually happen.
• Support international expansion by building localized materials and go-to-market motions for new markets.
• Bring creativity to how we tell partner launch stories. With 20+ partners, the easy path is formulaic. We need someone who finds the angle that makes each story distinct and knows how to lean in when a partner is especially engaged.
• Keep the internal team informed and energized. Make sure the whole company knows when a big partner launch lands and celebrates the wins.
• Build repeatable playbooks so this work scales with the business instead of depending on one person.
• Work directly with Sales, BD, and Product on cross-functional partner motions.

Partner Marketing Manager

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for French accounts
• Partner with SDRs, marketing, and partner channels to create and qualify pipeline
