• The Senior Provider Implementation Analyst will work with the implementation team to lead new clients through the implementation of the software. They will be responsible for working with configuration requirements and maintaining a subject matter expertise in the application and implementation process. Applicants should have some background in HCBS software, customer service, project management/analytics, or software implementation.
• This position will operate with a relatively high degree of autonomy, so it will require the applicant to be detail-oriented, process-minded, and able to manage time efficiently while handling multiple projects. As we are a growing company, there is a significant opportunity for advancement in this role. We are hiring for an immediate start.
• This is a hybrid position. Team members located in Minneapolis, New York City, or Washington D.C. are expected to work onsite two days per week to support collaboration and engagement.

We are seeking a Manager, Revenue Operations to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to address complex challenges, design scalable processes, and drive operational excellence across our go-to-market (GTM) strategy. This role will be dedicated to partnering with our Customer Success organization.
 
This is a hybrid position that requires candidates to be in-office 2x weekly at our HQ location in New York City.

As an Associate Account Executive at HHAeXchange, you will be responsible for generating and closing new business within your assigned territory selling to homecare agency owners, executives, and administrators.
By combining a consultative approach with a GAP-focused sale, you will gain the insight needed to align your prospect’s business problems and challenges with the value of HHAeXchange. We are a pain killer, not a vitamin. With significant state and federal changes affecting homecare agencies nationwide, you will leverage these tailwinds to educate prospects on what they need to do to comply, and why and how HHAeXchange provides them with the solutions they need to thrive.

• HHAeXchange is seeking a Business Analyst, GTM Systems to support the strategic evolution of our go-to-market technology stack, with Salesforce at its core. Sitting within the GTM Systems team, this cross-functional role will support four product owners aligned to key stages of the customer lifecycle: Customer Operations, Customer Transactions, Sales Efficiency, and Marketing Operations.
• This individual will help translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, manage day-to-day enhancements, support data quality initiatives, and act as a connective layer between product owners and technical delivery.
