  • Seeks an experienced AI Software Engineer to join the Enterprise Applications Team, reporting to the Senior Director of IT and Enterprise Applications.\n
  • Role is to design, develop, and deploy AI and GenAI solutions across corporate applications and enterprise platforms.\n
  • Objective is to accelerate optimization of business processes by building AI agents and enterprise automations across functions.\n
  • Role will identify, prototype, deploy and scale AI technologies to drive efficiencies.\n
  • Ideal candidate has strong software engineering experience and hands-on expertise with modern generative AI models (ChatGPT, Claude, AWS Bedrock, etc.).\n
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions and collaborate with leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science (or related field).\n
  • 5 years of professional experience in a technical role, with hands-on experience building end-to-end prototypes using GenAI tools (GPTs, Hugging Face, open source LLMs, LangChain, Scikit-learn, etc.).\n
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or Java).\n
  • Advanced proficiency in programming and data engineering within cloud-based AI solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure).\n
  • Must demonstrate hands-on approach to learning new and unfamiliar processes and systems.\n
  • Ability to architect and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions, collaborating across various departments and with various business leaders to ensure adoption and achieve measurable ROI.\n
  • Able to source, clean, and transform raw and imperfect data from various sources including spreadsheets, enterprise systems, API endpoints, etc. and assemble this data into structured inputs for AI experiments and prototypes.\n
  • Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\n
  • Technical familiarity with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, ITSM systems).\n
  • Strategic thinker with very strong analytical and problem solving skills, capable of driving outcomes through AI/GenAI.\n
  • Preferred Qualifications:\n
  • Experience developing conversational AI agentic solutions or virtual assistants.\n
  • Understanding of AI ethics, responsible AI, and data privacy principles.\n
  • Exposure to automation frameworks (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, or similar).\n
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
