Graphics Designer

• Bring our brand refresh to life: You’ll be central in taking our newly defined brand identity and owning the execution across Hey Jane’s entire ecosystem—ensuring every touchpoint feels cohesive and consistent, while also helping to build a brand that is approachable, accessible, and trusted.
• Design for high-impact channels: You’ll create clear, compelling, high-converting assets for key digital touchpoints (including site landing pages, paid/organic social media, and email marketing) as well as physical materials (including promotional flyers, posters, guides, merch, and more).
• Own the design lifecycle: Manage your design process from initial concept and wireframe to final handoff and asset organization.
• Collaborate for growth: Partner closely with the Marketing team to create and test assets that drive patient acquisition and community retention, while also supporting cross-functional needs from our Business, Product, and People Ops teams.
• Be the brand visual guardian: Ensure high-quality design standards are met across the company, acting as the primary point of contact for digital and print creative execution.

Senior Graphic Designer

Billing Specialist

• Ensure a smooth, efficient, and timely claim submission process with minimal denials, including identifying gaps in claims
• Follow up on unpaid claims, denials, and appeals to ensure maximum reimbursement
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or coding issues
• Collaborate with internal teams, including clinicians, to provide charting requirements and necessary documentation for claims submission, training team members on billing processes, and creating workflows for billing operations
• Provide support and guidance to patients regarding their insurance coverage, financial assistance, and billing inquiries
• Manage abortion fund invoicing and reimbursements
• Maintain accurate and organized billing records and documentation
• Generate and analyze reports to monitor billing performance and identify areas for improvement
• Support new payor partnerships, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to own billing and coding workflows as we grow
• Maintain knowledge of current billing and coding regulations and updates
• Stay up-to-date with changes in insurance policies, fee schedules, and reimbursement rates
• Assist with other billing-related tasks as needed
