Lead post-merger enterprise transformation for the integration of the Juniper Networking business into HPE.
Drive simplification, digitalization, and value realization across key value streams that support the combined networking business.
Define and evaluate key value streams; analyze costs, performance metrics, and opportunities for improvement; develop transformation roadmaps.
Identify areas for process automation and digital enablement to streamline operations and improve outcomes.
Establish and manage HPE's transformation operating model, including metrics, charters, decision rights, and RACI frameworks.
Track, report, and ensure integration synergies are implemented on time and under budget.
Partner with IT, Operations, and Business teams to align strategies and drive execution.
Build and lead a high-performing team to drive transformation initiatives; report to senior leadership.
Requirements
12+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, integration management, or operational excellence.
Proven ability to translate business priorities into technology solutions, including automation and analytics.
Expertise in process design, value stream mapping, and digital transformation strategies.
Strong leadership, executive presence, and communication skills.
Track record of managing cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations.
Skilled in project management and business case development.
