About the role
- Lead post-merger enterprise transformation efforts for integration of the Juniper Networking business into HPE Networking.
- Define and evaluate key value streams, analyze costs and performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop roadmaps for transformation and value realization across key value streams.
- Identify areas for process automation and digital enablement to streamline operations and improve outcomes.
- Establish and manage transformation operating model, including metrics, charters, decision rights, and RACI frameworks.
- Track, report, and ensure integration synergies are implemented on time and under budget.
- Partner with IT, Operations, and Business teams to align strategies and drive execution.
- Build and lead a high-performing team to drive transformation initiatives; report to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, integration management, or operational excellence.
- Proven ability to translate business priorities into technology solutions, including automation and analytics.
- Expertise in process design, value stream mapping, and digital transformation strategies.
- Strong leadership, executive presence, and communication skills.
- Track record of managing cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations.
- Skilled in project management and business case development.
