About the role

  • 金融関連顧客の特別保守・運用チーム内の責任者として、チームの統括管理、チームメンバーの管理、顧客調整を行い、デリバリの品質、体制に責任を持ち、お客様のITサービスの安定をリードする
  • 運用保守チームのデリバリの品質、体制に責任を持ち、お客様のITサービスの安定をリードする
  • 顧客とのコミュニケーションの窓口となり、運用保守チームの活動内容を調整し確実な対応ができるようにコントロールする
  • 重要・緊急対応発生時に、エスカレーションマネージメントとして、対応内容の取りまとめ、およびお客様対応を行う
  • システムの導入・構築に際し、運用観点で支援することをサービス範囲とし、IT環境全般の継続的な全体最適化に貢献する
  • トラステッドアドバイザーとして、効果的な顧客との関係の構築と維持をし、顧客の満足を継続する。また顧客との継続的なリレーションを構築し、顧客およびHPEのビジネスに貢献する

Requirements

  • 5年以上のIT技術職経(システム構築、保守や運用管理など)
  • 大規模、中規模のプロジェクトリーダーの経験、もしくは保守、運用チームでの管理者経験
  • プロジェクトマネジメント領域の知識と実務経験
  • 発生する問題の解決に向けてチームおよび協力会社と、主体的に計画/調整/実行を行うことができる
  • 保守運用チームや顧客報告で利用されるドキュメントの作成、顧客説明ができる
  • Server, Network, Storage, OS,などインフラの基礎知識と対応経験
  • Linux、VMware、Database等の基礎知識と対応経験
  • OpenShift, GitHubおよびOSS製品の基礎知識と対応経験、もしくは今後これらのテクニカルスキルをトレーニングと実務を通じて身に付けられる素養を持っている
  • あると望ましい経験や知識、資格: ミッションクリティカルなシステムの運用スキル
  • あると望ましい経験や知識、資格: ITILファウンデーション資格
  • あると望ましい経験や知識、資格: PMP資格
  • あると望ましい経験や知識、資格: OSS製品を利用した運用関連ツールの製品知識
  • あると望ましい経験や知識、資格: セキュリティ関連の資格
