About the role

  • Assist customers in initial adoption of HPE PCAI Private Cloud AI product.
  • Project manage customer and use case.
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance during first three months post-purchase.
  • Conduct informal product training sessions.
  • Schedule and conduct regular cadence calls with customers to track progress.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during onboarding phase.
  • Guide customers through initial adoption of first use case.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success.
  • Monitor customer progress and provide proactive support to ensure early value realization.

  • Python (hands on with data science libraries preferred)
  • Linux
