About the role
- Support the HERE Leadership Academy in the delivery of learning programs, training sessions, and workshops
- Create engaging and visually appealing presentations and materials
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of events and workshops (e.g., invitation management, email campaigns)
- Contribute to ongoing Leadership Academy projects and gain exposure to other academies (Technology, Business, Product)
- Support the delivery of global learning programs from behind the scenes
- Collaborate with the Activation team on marketing tasks - such as writing copy, designing visuals, and producing content for campaigns and events
- Work on your own internship assignment, aligned with your interests and learning goals
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or a Master's program, preferably in Education, Social Sciences, Human Resources or a related field
- Available to start in September or October 2025
- Creativity in designing slides, writing copy, or thinking of new ways to engage learners
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English is our working language)
- Experience with tools like PowerPoint, Canva, or Articulate Rise is a plus
