About the role
- Architect and scale Herbal Goodness' marketing engine across email, SMS, CRM, and automation workflows
- Build, manage, and optimize lifecycle automation flows (welcome, cart abandonment, win-back, upsell)
- Integrate CRM, eCommerce (Shopify), email, SMS, and analytics; troubleshoot integrations and streamline workflows
- Maintain data hygiene and ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant regulations
- Own attribution modeling and reporting to ensure accurate ROI measurement across campaigns
- Implement and maintain technical SEO elements (tagging, redirects, schema, GTM setup)
- Monitor and optimize the marketing technology stack and troubleshoot integrations
- Collaborate with growth and data teams to run scalable, automated experiments
- Drive measurable revenue growth and reduce manual campaign setup through automation
- Reports to Manager/Director (title to be inserted)
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing automation or marketing operations (eCommerce preferred)
- Proficiency in platforms such as Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, and Marketo
- Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem and third-party integrations
- Working knowledge of technical SEO (structured data, canonical tags, redirects)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution and reporting models
- Bonus: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and API integrations
