Owner of the client relationship; act as the client’s internal advocate
Lead client project meetings and own planning, coordination of workflow, creation, and execution of project plans for web and app projects
Facilitate planning meetings and ongoing status meetings and share meeting outputs for team reference
Own client QA process: review websites for accuracy, brand adherence, and quality standards; coordinate team and client approvals of creative deliverables
Align with Product Delivery to improve operational processes for website production and account deadlines
Ensure clear and defined UX and UI by delivering detailed briefs and participating in creative reviews
Manage content inputs: add text, photos, videos; construct menu/navigation systems; integrate 3rd party data
Manage the client feedback process and route requests appropriately
Participate in weekly allocation and roadmap meetings and collaborate with Product Delivery on touchpoints
Contribute to development of methodologies, standards, and best practices to streamline digital production
Requirements
3 or more years of experience in client-facing roles within tech
Experience with web and mobile app technologies
Bonus: experience with API integrations, particularly with OlO, Personica, Yext, or other menu management systems or loyalty programs
Proficiency with Jira
Strong writing skills
Self-motivated and able to work in a small, fast-growing agency
Ability to be assertive with opinionated teams and keep projects on track
