About the role

  • A large international technology company in the EdTech field helping millions access online education
  • Partners with more than 1,000 publishers and resellers, developing solutions for creating and distributing affordable educational materials worldwide
  • Develop and maintain test plans and test cases
  • Perform manual UI and API testing of web applications
  • Validate client-server interactions and data using SQL queries
  • Review requirements and define acceptance criteria
  • Log defects and work with test management systems
  • Collaborate with developers and the product team on issue resolution

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Manual QA
  • Experience in writing SQL queries
  • Understanding of HTTP, HTML, AJAX, JSON, REST APIs and client-server architecture
  • Experience testing complex web applications (UI and API)
  • Ability to develop and improve test plans
  • Ukrainian/Russian C1+
  • English B2+
  • Nice to have: Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of JIRA, TestRail, Qmetry
  • Nice to have: Basic knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu CLI)
  • Nice to have: Basic knowledge of git
  • Nice to have: Experience with Cypress
  • Nice to have: Experience with WCAG/ADA testing
