About the role
- This is a remote position.
- Partner with Salesforce Architects, Product Managers, UX Experts and Delivery Lead to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and web development best practices
- Enhance and support WCAG 2.2 AA compliant public website delivering exceptional digital experiences
- Develop, test, and document development, integrations, and data migration elements
- Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed
- Provide estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned tasks
- Continuous learning of new technical and product capabilities from Salesforce, inclusive of keeping apprised of updates in each release as well as industry best practices with web development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or computer science
- Expertise in Salesforce Platform with depth in Experience Cloud including the ability to determine configuration, customization, and/or integrations with external systems such as headless Content Management system
- Extensive experience with headless CMS platforms (Sanity strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to enhance and support headless CMS integrations with Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Knowledge of personalization, multilingual content, and SEO optimization within Experience Cloud + CMS
- Experience (Community) Cloud expert with 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, exposure to Marketing Cloud Personalization will be huge plus
- Expert in Lightning Design System and Lightning Web Components
- Proven experience in Responsive Design web development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and design systems such as SLDS, Bootstrap, and Material Design
- Proficient in Salesforce development, including Salesforce CLI (DX IDE), migration tools, SOSL, SOQL, web services, app builder, and Experience Builder
- Platform Developer I certification preferred; Platform Developer II and JavaScript certifications a plus
- Proficient with GitHub/Bitbucket, including branching, merging, and rebasing. Proven experience using Gearset would be great
- Experience with Agile methodologies (particularly Scrum) and tools like Jira and Bitbucket for development, version control, collaboration, and tracking
- High comfort level working on US overlap hours till 11:00 am Pacific Time
- Good communication skills – written and spoken English
- Good internet access for remote working at least 50 Mbps (100 Mbps or higher would be great)
- Laptop/Desktop of at least 16 GB memory (32 GB or more would be great) with dual monitors
- Camera for video conferences and meetings
