About the role

  • Research and identify new product opportunities aligned with market trends and Herbal Goodness’s mission.
  • Collaborate with designers, R&D, and industry partners to develop product concepts.
  • Support prototyping, packaging, and go-to-market planning.
  • Identify and onboard new vendors (ingredients, packaging, manufacturing).
  • Negotiate contracts, timelines, and costs with suppliers.
  • Build strong relationships with strategic partners to expand capabilities.

  • Track progress from ideation through development and prepare handoff to operations/marketing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, product development, or innovation within consumer goods, health & wellness, supplements, or food & beverage.
  • Strong network of vendors, manufacturers, and designers is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as a fractional/part-time leader.
  • Creative thinker who can balance big-picture vision with execution details.
