Research and identify new product opportunities aligned with market trends and Herbal Goodness’s mission.
Collaborate with designers, R&D, and industry partners to develop product concepts.
Support prototyping, packaging, and go-to-market planning.
Identify and onboard new vendors (ingredients, packaging, manufacturing).
Negotiate contracts, timelines, and costs with suppliers.
Build strong relationships with strategic partners to expand capabilities.
Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple product initiatives.
Track progress from ideation through development and prepare handoff to operations/marketing.
Ensure all new product development aligns with compliance, regulatory, and brand standards.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development, product development, or innovation within consumer goods, health & wellness, supplements, or food & beverage.
Strong network of vendors, manufacturers, and designers is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently as a fractional/part-time leader.
Creative thinker who can balance big-picture vision with execution details.
