About the role
- Serve as first point of contact for incoming influencer leads, using influencer marketing software to manage opportunities.
- Discover and research creators whose style and values align with the brand.
- Partner with the Influencer Marketing Manager to plan and coordinate collaborations with creators worldwide.
- Participate in organising influencer events.
- Contribute ideas for creative campaign concepts and briefs.
- Build and nurture positive, long-term relationships with creators.
- Contribute to a dynamic, international marketing team and report to the Influencer Marketing Manager.
Requirements
- Degree in a related field (Marketing, Communications, …) or comparable experience in influencer marketing.
- Excellent understanding of influencer marketing trends and platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc).
- Proficient in Excel and Canva; similar design tools are a plus.
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Full professional proficiency in English (C1 level); additional languages are a plus.
- Proactive attitude, creative mind, and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a changing environment and adapt to new situations.
