About the role
- Develop and lead integrated marketing programs from idea to measurable results, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Build creative concepts and campaign strategies that engage highly technical audiences.
- Define and oversee the content strategy for each program, ensuring messaging accuracy, technical depth, and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Work with product solution physicists to develop accurate, compelling content and messaging frameworks.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution with design, digital, and operations to deliver programs on time and on brand.
- Manage the creation of campaign assets (written, visual, and multimedia) by providing clear briefs and direction to writers, designers, and other contributors.
- Activate programs across multiple channels, including web, social, email, events, and partnerships.
- Monitor performance against KPIs, report insights, and continuously optimize campaigns.
- Maintain a deep understanding of QM’s technology, market trends, customer challenges, and competitive positioning.
Requirements
- Education: BSc or MSc in physics, engineering, or a related technical field – an advantage.
- Experience: Over 10 years in B2B marketing roles.
- Past experience in similar roles.
- Experience with marketing hardware products.
- Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in learning, understanding, and communicating complex scientific and engineering concepts.
- Autodidact eager to master new technologies.
- Advanced scientific or engineering domain experience – an advantage.
- Strong creative instincts paired with strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to translate complex technologies into clear, engaging narratives for highly technical audiences.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs.
- Team player with exceptional collaboration skills.
