About the role
- Achieve Gross Profit and sales targets for the geographical territory
- Present, promote and sell Brasseler products to existing and prospective customers across dental, laboratory, school, government and institutional segments
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Utilize CRM system to manage sales funnel and reach out to leads through cold calling
- Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments and supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities
- Continuously improve sales performance through feedback
Requirements
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record of sales performance
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor's (Required)
- Basic computer knowledge required with understanding of Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Experience using CRM systems to manage a sales funnel
- Travel typically required; job may require long periods of driving
- Ability to sit for extended periods; talk and hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, stretch and lift up to 20 pounds
