Achieve Gross Profit and sales targets for the geographical territory
Present, promote and sell Brasseler products to existing and prospective customers across dental, laboratory, school, government and institutional segments
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Utilize CRM system to manage sales funnel and reach out to leads through cold calling
Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments and supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities
Continuously improve sales performance through feedback
Requirements
At least 2 years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record of sales performance
Strong communication skills
Bachelor's (Required)
Basic computer knowledge required with understanding of Outlook, Excel, and Word
Experience using CRM systems to manage a sales funnel
Travel typically required; job may require long periods of driving
Ability to sit for extended periods; talk and hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, stretch and lift up to 20 pounds
