About the role

  • Promote and sell dental products and services to dental practices, clinics, and healthcare providers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with dental professionals and key decision-makers
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to dental practices and clinics
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and services
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or dental industry experience
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry
  • Strong understanding of dental products and services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  • Ability to travel overnight as required
  • Preferred: 3-5 years of experience in dental sales or a related field
  • Preferred: Familiarity with dental practice management and operations
  • Preferred: Experience with capital equipment sales is a plus
