About the role
- Promote and sell dental products and services to dental practices, clinics, and healthcare providers
- Develop and maintain relationships with dental professionals and key decision-makers
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to dental practices and clinics
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and services
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or dental industry experience
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of dental products and services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Ability to travel overnight as required
- Preferred: 3-5 years of experience in dental sales or a related field
- Preferred: Familiarity with dental practice management and operations
- Preferred: Experience with capital equipment sales is a plus
