About the role
- Organize Heidi events (virtual and in-person) that connect users and buyers, including demos, thought leadership sessions, and informal professional events
- Own and deliver the conference sponsorship program, working with internal and external teams to ensure a strong presence
- Develop and run campaigns to raise awareness of Heidi, including geographic- and specialty-focused initiatives
- Create marketing content to support sales, including brochures, decks, flyers, newsletters, and specialty resources
- Build and manage a pipeline of customer stories and case studies, both written and video, that highlight impact
- Collaborate with integration partners and sales teams on co-marketing, ABM, and campaign initiatives that drive adoption
- Support cross-functional projects that strengthen clinician engagement, brand presence, and revenue goals
Requirements
- Proven knowledge in Marketing, Events, or Sales
- Excellent communicator with strong writing and storytelling skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with follow-through
- Creative and adaptable, with a knack for campaigns that stand out
- Experience supporting events and conferences
- Comfortable with marketing and sales tools (CRM, email platforms, basic design)
- Strong instinct for content and design, with proven ability to create engaging materials
- Enjoys working in-office alongside a passionate, driven team
- Attitude: hungry, competitive and highly motivated operator with problem solving and relationship-building skills
- Work authorization status (Citizen / Visa Holder / Permanent Resident) to be disclosed on application
