Requirements
Proven track record leading large-scale, complex integration programs from inception through delivery, with multiple successful projects that involved coordinating across engineering, infrastructure, and business teams
Technical fluency that enables you to understand key elements and concepts of complicated enterprise requirements and use cases
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align senior leadership, technical teams, and business partners who may have competing priorities
Mastery of program management fundamentals, including risk management, dependency tracking, resource planning, and change management across multi-team initiatives
Outstanding communication abilities that allow you to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences and articulate business impact to engineering teams
A bias for action and results, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, make decisions with incomplete information, and maintain momentum even when facing obstacles
Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party integrations, understanding how to work effectively with external partners while protecting organizational interests
