About the role
- Demonstrate strong technical competency in relevant technologies and systems to effectively communicate with engineering teams
- Facilitate ongoing program planning sessions and adjust priorities
- Own and drive end-to-end technical implementation programs
- Monitor progress and recommend adjustments to surface risks of program execution
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure visibility and communication
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure the use of standard project management tools and maintain high standards of data hygiene
Requirements
- BS/BA Degree in technical/information science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong experience in technical program management overseeing key projects with high visibility to internal or external customers, with a high degree of complexity and inter-dependent work
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience driving highly technical transformation initiatives
- Solid understanding of various organizational tools for email, chat, work management, project management, product ideation, software delivery, etc.
- Strong familiarity with cloud infrastructure technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Demonstrated expertise in at least one Agile methodology (e.g., Scrum)
