About the role
- Collaborate directly with federal clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps aligned to mission-critical objectives.
- Ensure adherence to federal cybersecurity standards (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, CMMC), compliance, and governance frameworks.
- Mentor, coach, and provide guidance to project managers, technical leads, and cross-functional teams.
- Manage program budgets, resource allocation, risk management, and vendor relationships.
- Provide executive-level communications, reporting, and presentations to senior government leadership and internal executives.
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Must have 10+ years of experience leading health IT programs.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex programs within federal health or related government agencies.
- Proven track record managing programs in compliance with federal security and regulatory frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST, HIPAA).
- Experience directly engaging with and advising senior government stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business Administration, or related advanced degree (preferred).
- PMP Certification or similar program/project management credentials (preferred).
- Familiarity with Healthcare IT standards and interoperability frameworks such as FHIR, HL7, or ONC mandates (preferred).
- Prior experience successfully leading multi-vendor, multi-team collaborations in federally secured environments (preferred).
