Collaborate directly with federal clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps aligned to mission-critical objectives.
Ensure adherence to federal cybersecurity standards (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, CMMC), compliance, and governance frameworks.
Mentor, coach, and provide guidance to project managers, technical leads, and cross-functional teams.
Manage program budgets, resource allocation, risk management, and vendor relationships.
Provide executive-level communications, reporting, and presentations to senior government leadership and internal executives.
Requirements
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Must have 10+ years of experience leading health IT programs.
Demonstrated expertise in managing complex programs within federal health or related government agencies.
Proven track record managing programs in compliance with federal security and regulatory frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST, HIPAA).
Experience directly engaging with and advising senior government stakeholders.
Master's degree in Technology Management, Business Administration, or related advanced degree (preferred).
PMP Certification or similar program/project management credentials (preferred).
Familiarity with Healthcare IT standards and interoperability frameworks such as FHIR, HL7, or ONC mandates (preferred).
Prior experience successfully leading multi-vendor, multi-team collaborations in federally secured environments (preferred).
