💰 $80,000 - $120,000 per year
About the role
- Act as gatekeeper: manage inbound requests, triage priorities, and keep the founders focused
- Coordinate meetings, interviews, calls, vendors, and other logistics
- Maintain and organize inboxes and to-do lists by urgency and priority
- Support recruiting: schedule interviews, onboard new hires, order equipment, and set them up for success
- Book and manage travel, hotels, and Airbnbs for founders and team
- Prepare for important meetings; ensure the team knows when, where, and what prep/research is needed
- Handle miscellaneous technical support and administrative details
- Manage office logistics: liaise with building management, oversee vendors, and source supplies
- Run point on personal and professional errands when needed
- Organize holiday parties, offsites, and team events
- Keep digital infrastructure tidy: organize files, clean up shared folders, handle basic data entry
- Conduct research to support company and founder initiatives
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in high-velocity, high-accountability environments (startups, ops, admin, EA roles)
- Are obsessively organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Communicate clearly and directly, especially in writing
- Stay calm under pressure and thrive in fast-changing environments
- Anticipate needs before they arise and enjoy solving problems quickly
- Don’t mind rolling up your sleeves for unglamorous but critical tasks
- Have a “no task too small” mindset but can also juggle competing priorities
