About the role

  • Plan and execute full-funnel campaigns that drive awareness, education, and qualified pipeline from mid-sized healthcare practices
  • Own paid, organic, and ABM channels including messaging, landing pages, email nurtures, and SDR enablement materials
  • Translate product value into persona-specific ROI narratives for front office, clinical ops, and administrative leadership
  • Experiment across LinkedIn, display, newsletter partnerships, retargeting, and emerging media to find what scales
  • Shape thought leadership strategy across LinkedIn, email, partner content, and events
  • Build Health Note’s public voice and publish bold, POV-driven content
  • Partner with founders and product leaders to spot and share meaningful stories, trends, and customer outcomes
  • Identify and engage channels where healthcare leaders live (trade publications, Substacks, communities, conferences)
  • Drive demand for intelligent intake product and tailor messaging to CMIOs, operational leaders, and innovation teams
  • Own ~30% of pipeline through MQLs and partner with Sales to align outbound strategy and campaign support
  • Track performance, optimize fast, and bring a data-driven mindset to every experiment
  • Produce one-pagers, decks, briefs, case studies, and video scripts; maintain ABM materials library
  • Use generative tools to draft content, explore messaging, and test variations quickly
  • Support Sales and Product with fast-turn materials when needed

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of B2B growth or product marketing experience; startup or early-stage strongly preferred
  • 3+ years in digital health or healthtech, ideally marketing SaaS products to provider orgs
  • Deep knowledge of demand gen tactics: ABM, email, paid media, funnel optimization, and reporting
  • Experience developing content and campaigns that build category leadership
  • Strong, clean writing ability across formats
  • Familiarity with healthcare leaders' channels and how to engage credibly
  • Passion for AI tools, creative experimentation, and marketing at the edge of what’s possible
  • (Bonus) Familiarity with voice tech, call center automation, or scheduling platforms
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States (No work visa sponsorship at this time)
