Manage international shipments and ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Merchandising:
Forecast sales and stock to exceed sales and margin targets
Analyse category performance, identify opportunities and risks, and take swift action.
Drive sales with strategic promotions and excess inventory management.
Collaborate with the wider team to deliver site updates and campaign excellence.
Stay ahead of the market by monitoring competitors and identifying trends to improve sales, margin, and customer choice.
Brand Partner Relationships:
Build and nurture relationships with suppliers to unlock better margins, faster delivery, and exclusivity options.
Lead the onboarding process for new brands, ensuring seamless integration.
Communicate effectively to foster strong and lasting partnerships.
Requirements
Proven experience in an Operations, Supply Chain, or analytical role in a fast-paced, short lead-time business (preferably online).
Passionate about health and wellbeing, with an energetic, “can-do” attitude.
Experience in sales, stock, and intake management, with a proven track record of hitting ambitious targets.
Analytical thinker with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong relationship builder, internally and externally, with excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, and the ability to interpret and act on complex data.
Exceptionally organised with high attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to deliver results.
