Account Manager

• Play an integral role scaling Headway’s product marketing function for Care Partnerships (health systems)
• Report directly to Headway’s Senior Manager, Product Marketing
• Become an expert on care partnerships products, market, competitive landscape, and customers

• Lead and scale Headway’s Platform, the core engine and infrastructure powering the business.

You’ll work cross functionally with internal teams (Strategy, Product, Operations) to launch new care partners to Headway, while also deepening external health system, medical clinic, and strategic partner relationships to identify avenues for deeper partnership.

• As a Sr. Associate, you will have the unique opportunity to create structure out of chaos, to architect, test, and operationalize solutions through building data workflows and processes that will deliver real-world impact from day one to hundreds of thousands of patients and Providers around the country.

• Compensation & Benefits: The expected base pay range for this position is $84,320 - $124,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for performance-based variable compensation and an equity grant, depending on the position and level.

Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations

• As a Payer Partnerships Lead, you will support our continued growth with strategic partners in 2025 and beyond, working cross-functionally to ensure ongoing success in strategic health plan partnerships and to deepen external payer relationships to identify new product opportunities and drive partnership alignment.
• You will manage long-term health plan partnerships, navigate contract strategy and renegotiations, and lead market analysis to shape strategy.
• You will build and grow relationships with health plan teams and leadership across multiple functions (Network, Sales/Commercial, Product).
