About the role
- Independently source and develop high-impact partnership opportunities aligned to GTM strategy and target segments
- Own the full lifecycle of strategic partnerships — from opportunity identification through contract execution, implementation, and growth planning
- Act as both a hunter and farmer — driving new revenue opportunities while cultivating long-term partner success
- Lead contracting processes in partnership with Legal and Finance; create and execute detailed account plans to maximize revenue and partner impact
- Work closely with Product, Finance, Marketing, Implementation, and Legal to align on goals and ensure smooth onboarding
- Be accountable for achieving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) retention goals, with a strong focus on renewals and growth
- Proactively synthesize partner feedback and emerging trends to inform product, GTM strategy, and operational improvements
- Serve as the central point of accountability for high-value partnerships, including sourcing, negotiation, launch, and growth
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or a related role, ideally in healthtech, SaaS, or consumer wellness
- Proven track record of building and managing high-value partnerships that drive revenue
- Strong negotiation and contracting experience
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding ARR and retention goals
- Comfort navigating cross-functional environments and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- Candidates must permanently reside in the US full-time
- Preferred: Extensive experience in the digital health, employee benefits, or health-tech industry
- Preferred: Technical aptitude and ability to understand and articulate digital health solutions and integrations
- Preferred: Experience with partner enablement and developing training materials for external sales or client success teams
- Preferred: Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced technology environment
