About the role

  • Independently source and develop high-impact partnership opportunities aligned to GTM strategy and target segments.
  • Own the full lifecycle of strategic partnerships — from opportunity identification through contract execution, implementation, and growth planning — serving as the central point of accountability.
  • Act as both a hunter and farmer — driving new revenue opportunities while also cultivating long-term partner success.
  • Lead contracting processes in partnership with Legal and Finance; create and execute detailed account plans to maximize revenue and partner impact.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align on goals, ensure smooth onboarding, and deliver exceptional partner outcomes.
  • Be accountable for achieving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) retention goals, with a strong focus on renewals and growth.
  • Proactively synthesize partner feedback and emerging trends to inform product, GTM strategy, and operational improvements.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or a related role, ideally in healthtech, SaaS, or consumer wellness.
  • Proven track record of building and managing high-value partnerships that drive revenue.
  • Strong negotiation and contracting experience.
  • Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding ARR and retention goals.
  • Comfort navigating cross-functional environments and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Candidates must permanently reside in the US full-time.
