About the role
- Independently source and develop high-impact partnership opportunities aligned to GTM strategy and target segments.
- Own the full lifecycle of strategic partnerships — from opportunity identification through contract execution, implementation, and growth planning — serving as the central point of accountability.
- Act as both a hunter and farmer — driving new revenue opportunities while also cultivating long-term partner success.
- Lead contracting processes in partnership with Legal and Finance; create and execute detailed account plans to maximize revenue and partner impact.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align on goals, ensure smooth onboarding, and deliver exceptional partner outcomes.
- Be accountable for achieving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) retention goals, with a strong focus on renewals and growth.
- Proactively synthesize partner feedback and emerging trends to inform product, GTM strategy, and operational improvements.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or a related role, ideally in healthtech, SaaS, or consumer wellness.
- Proven track record of building and managing high-value partnerships that drive revenue.
- Strong negotiation and contracting experience.
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding ARR and retention goals.
- Comfort navigating cross-functional environments and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates must permanently reside in the US full-time.
