About the role

  • Manage design projects from start to finish—set timelines, track progress, and raise flags early when something might cause delays
  • Facilitate team meetings (daily check-ins, planning, and reviews) to keep work moving and aligned
  • Create and maintain templates and tools to improve planning and delivery of design work
  • Document processes and decisions clearly for cross-functional use by design, engineering, and product
  • Remove roadblocks that prevent the design team from focusing on creative work
  • Support team organization for day-to-day operations and long-term planning
  • Improve workflows and maintain clear documentation to help the team stay focused, organized, and equipped

Requirements

  • Experience working in Agile teams, especially using tools like Jira to manage work
  • Strong organization and documentation skills
  • Great communicator and collaborator—comfortable working across design, product, and engineering
  • Appreciation for design and creative workflows
  • Experience using Figma, Miro, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools
  • Ability to facilitate team meetings and support team organization
  • Ability to manage design project timelines, track progress, and surface risks early
  • Portfolio with samples of your work required for consideration
  • Ready to be a full-time member of the product design team
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S./ Canada (KUBRA does not typically sponsor visas)
