- The Senior Recruiting Manager is responsible for leading, managing, & strategizing all recruitment activities at Headkount. Core responsibilities include finding, attracting, interviewing, & hiring top talent for the organization. The Senior Recruiting Manager should have direct experience in a Recruiting & People Management role, with a proven track record of hiring elevated talent, collaborating to build culture within the organization, & improving employee retention. Key values include a passion for client & employee satisfaction, adaptability, & strong leadership skills.
Requirements
- At least three (3) years experience in a Recruiting role
- At least three (3) years experience in a Leadership/People Management role
- Knowledge of state-specific Recruiting & Job Posting legalities
- Proven track record of strategizing internal culture building & retention
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong coaching & mentorship skills & ability
- Excellent communication
- Excellent time management skills & ability to work independently
- Technology Skills: Word, Outlook (Moderate), Learning New Platforms (Moderate), Zoom (Expert), Excel (Moderate)
