About the role

  • Next Generation, Inc, is seeking a highly skilled Workday Time & Attendance Analyst to join our dynamic team and support client-side activities related to Workday Time & Attendance.
  • This is a business-focused role, responsible for gathering requirements, defining system specifications, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and optimization of Workday Time & Attendance solutions.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Workday Time & Attendance.
  • Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement and alignment with Workday capabilities.
  • Define and communicate system specifications to technical teams and implementation partners.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Support testing and validation of Workday Time & Attendance functionalities.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Workday Time & Attendance best practices.
  • Participate in workshops, meetings, and training sessions as needed.
  • Ensure strong communication and collaboration across project teams and stakeholders.
  • Support change management and user adoption efforts related to Time & Attendance processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR systems, with a focus on Workday Time & Attendance.
  • Strong understanding of Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules.
  • Workday certification
  • Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility to align with U.S. Central Time Zone
  • Availability for occasional travel around the U.S. as required.
  • Experience working in a consulting or client-facing role preferred.
