About the role
- Next Generation, Inc, is seeking a highly skilled Workday Time & Attendance Analyst to join our dynamic team and support client-side activities related to Workday Time & Attendance.
- This is a business-focused role, responsible for gathering requirements, defining system specifications, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and optimization of Workday Time & Attendance solutions.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Workday Time & Attendance.
- Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement and alignment with Workday capabilities.
- Define and communicate system specifications to technical teams and implementation partners.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Support testing and validation of Workday Time & Attendance functionalities.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Workday Time & Attendance best practices.
- Participate in workshops, meetings, and training sessions as needed.
- Ensure strong communication and collaboration across project teams and stakeholders.
- Support change management and user adoption efforts related to Time & Attendance processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR systems, with a focus on Workday Time & Attendance.
- Strong understanding of Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules.
- Workday certification
- Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Flexibility to align with U.S. Central Time Zone
- Availability for occasional travel around the U.S. as required.
- Experience working in a consulting or client-facing role preferred.
