Senior Full-Stack Engineer – AI Agents

Product Designer

• Own end-to-end design of core product experiences with a high sense of craft, from early exploration through polished execution. We're aiming to top experiences like Linear, Vercel, Attio, or Raycast.
• Design AI communication workflows (Voice AI, SMS, email) and data-heavy interfaces like campaign builders, journey orchestration, and performance dashboards that balance power and simplicity.
• Untangle dense, multi-step workflows (campaigns, audiences, journeys, integrations) into clear mental models that scale from single-location SMBs to multi-location enterprise teams.
• Use Claude and other AI tools to rapidly prototype interactive flows and pressure-test designs with product and engineering.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system, a scalable component library built on shadcn/ui that integrates with our React + Tailwind stack.
• Get in front of customers regularly. Conduct user research with operators at home services businesses to deeply understand their workflows, and translate what you learn into product bets and design direction.
• Partner with Hatch CSRs and AI specialists to design interfaces that make our AI feel trustworthy, controllable, and on-brand for every customer.
• Advocate for design best practices and partner with engineering on implementation, responsiveness, and accessibility.
