Key responsibilities & impact

Partner directly with sales execution to scope complex integration projects
Build custom n8n flows, direct API integrations, webhook endpoints, and middleware configurations
Own technically complex onboardings end-to-end
QA and test all implementations before go-live
Define and enforce best practices across enterprise SaaS implementations
Act as the field-side voice for R&D
Act as a primary technical consultant for our clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in a similar client-facing role
1-4 years of software engineering experience
Proven ability to navigate a broad ecosystem of technology
Comfortable diving into comprehensive developer documentation
Eager to transition into a dynamic, client-facing role
Great communication skills with business and technical audiences
