Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience building with LLMs in production
Solid backend experience in one or more of Elixir, Go, Python, or comparable server-side language
Comfort working across the stack (data model, LLM/agent logic to APIs)
A track record of leading projects from spec to launch alongside multiple contributors
Deep sense of ownership and bias for action
Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Eager to keep up with AI capabilities
