• Serve as a subject matter expert for end-to-end payroll operations
• Support the accurate and timely processing of semi-monthly, bi-weekly and off-cycle payrolls, such as sales compensation, bonus and termination payrolls

• Work directly with lawyers at current and prospective customers to uncover workflow pain points, recommend solutions, and show how Harvey fits into real legal work.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, translating feedback and legal workflow insights into concrete, lawyer-ready product direction.
• Partner closely with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to shape Harvey’s roadmap and ensure the product evolves in ways lawyers trust and adopt.

• Own the BizTech project portfolio, maintaining a unified view of all active initiatives across Core IT, GTM Systems, People Systems, Finance Systems, and Application Engineering. Ensure projects are prioritized, resourced, and aligned with company OKRs and BizTech strategy.
• Directly lead strategic, cross-functional programs from scoping through delivery, ensuring milestones are met, risks are managed, and stakeholders are informed.
