Operations

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Consolidated Scheduling Team – Outbound
• Manage a team responsible for outbound patient phone calls related to scheduling patient appointments when new referrals are received
• Serve as the first point of contact with Hanger Clinic patients through the outbound scheduling team
• Review daily and monthly performance metrics to ensure service level agreements are being met
• Collaborate with regional and line management to provide seamless interface with patients and external customers
• Ensure staffing decisions and staff development actions support operational success
• Work with Directors of Operations and others on process improvement for the RCM consolidated teams
• Provide strategic and tactical input to future RCM administrative function consolidations
