Work closely with dealers and assigned buying and sales representatives to communicate and resolve missing stipulations required to close consumer loans
Develop and maintain positive business relationships with dealers, providing exceptional customer service and timely communications
Assist dealers with accurate completion of funding packages and notify dealers of loan package status
Identify and track funding errors at the dealership level and provide feedback to Sales and Buying teams
Maintain acceptable turnaround time to achieve volume targets
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Financial services and/or auto industry experience preferred
Confident self-starter that operates well with limited supervision
Strong oral and written communication skills
High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels
Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
Ability to talk and hear to exchange accurate information
Close visual acuity for preparing/analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading
Position does not require travel
Work schedule generally Monday through Friday, 10:00 am-7:00 pm (may vary based on business needs)
