About the role
- Develop and manage equipment sales and rental opportunities within the construction and deep foundations industry
- Identify and pursue early-stage construction opportunities and generate qualified leads
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with contractors, engineers, and decision-makers
- Prepare and present detailed equipment proposals and quotations
- Review construction documents and bid specifications to recommend appropriate equipment solutions
- Collaborate with operations, parts, and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Conduct regular site visits to active construction projects and customer offices
- Organize and deliver presentations and participate in trade shows and industry events
- Coordinate with national sales team on multi-region accounts and support company growth initiatives
- Maintain regular communication with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in construction, heavy equipment, or related industries
- Strong knowledge of foundation, shoring, and pile driving equipment is preferred
- Ability to interpret construction plans, bid specifications, and technical documents
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities
- Comfortable with frequent travel across the territory
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
